Dit kleurrijke hostel ligt op 50 meter van het strand op het eiland Isla Holbox en beschikt over ruime kamers met gratis WiFi en een eigen badkamer. Het heeft een tuin met hangmatten en een dakterras met uitzicht over het eiland.

De gedeelde slaapzalen en privékamers van het moderne Tribu Hostel hebben een lichte inrichting en zijn voorzien van klamboes. Beddengoed is bij de prijs inbegrepen en handdoeken zijn te huur bij het hostel.

Het Tribu heeft een gemeenschappelijke keuken en barbecuefaciliteiten. U kunt er deelnemen aan kitesurflessen, filmavonden en jamsessies in de bar. De medewerkers hebben ook kaarten en informatie over het eiland.

Hostel Tribu bevindt zich op slechts 3 straten van het centrum van het voornaamste vissersdorp van Holbox. De omliggende Yalahau-lagune is een ideale plek om dolfijnen en zeldzame vogels te spotten.

Just wondering how much it would cost to get a shuttle from cancun airport to your hostel?

Hi! We have a shared shuttle service from Cancun airport to Chiquila for $700.- per person. Then you will need to take the Ferry to arrive to Holbox ($200.- per person not included)

We provide you fresh, clean sheets for your bed and blankets if needed... most of the time you would not need them though, because of the Caribbean weather :P

Yes, please bring your lock! The lockers are just next to your bed and are huge to fit your needs :)

Good day, There are 3 available laundry services on the island, and they usually deliver your clothes within 24 hours.

One of the more fun hostels I've been to!
They offer so many free activities, it does feel like the hostel is really centered around making social interactions with other guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and the location was right off the beach. The lockers are HUGE and they include a charging station which allows for you to charge your belongings in peace.
The dorms were quite large, which leads to a noisier room. The toilets could've been cleaner. And the staff, (while being incredibly nice) seemed overwhelmed most of the time; I had to wait 15 min and then come back again later just to ask 1 question about getting to my next destination.

Exceptional
A really lovely, friendly hostel just a minute walk away from the beach. The facilities are great and the staff and volunteers make such an effort to put on a range of fun activities which people actually get involved in. The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are clean and have big lockers, and have AC at night. The staff are very helpful with offering information and answering questions. Very sociable, but not a party hostel which was nice.

Fun hostel in a great location with poor Wi-Fi.
Location was great. Lockers a good size, activities to do with others were good. Having a bar upstairs and a restaurant was good, v helpful staff.
Limited wifi, had to sit in certain spots (not in the room). Outdoor showers quite often were filled with mosquitos.
